|Development/Construction Process:||The tower is constructed from white concrete. In the center of it is a plaque. The genocide monument committee initially appointed Tatul Sonentz-Papazian as the artist. He submitted a proposal, which was not approved by the city of Montebello due to security concerns regarding his design. Because Sonetz-Papazian did not modify his design, the committee chose a different artist.|
