| History of Ownership: | Being on public land, the Armenian Heritage Monument is owned by the City of Troy, New York. The Knights and Daughters of Vartan spearheaded the Heritage Monument project. This is the first Armenian Heritage Monument that has been exclusively sponsored and erected by the Knights and Daughters of Vartan on public city property. |
